I was actually trying to photograph some boats on the water, but I was getting frustrated trying to find the perfect composition. I only had one shot left on the roll and, in the end, I thought “bugger it”, pointed the camera down to where the small waves were lapping onto the beach, added a few ND filters, and pressed the shutter. It was a pleasant surprise when I developed the film.
